President David Charles Baker would start the United States Bank + Trust + Savings + Loan + Credit Union which will issue an ATM/MasterCard with FOUR STRIPS ON IT!
How tough would that be? It would cost pennies and save billions in lost hours waiting for idiots to figure out how to run a piece of plastic through a slot matching up the line with the strip. Few can do it, we've tried for decades to teach them, I'm going to give up and make the card idiot-proof.
